Chief EU observer, Ivan Stefanec, delivers the preliminary findings of his team on the ground during Kenya's presidential elections, noting the process has been "peaceful" so far. As the country awaits the result of a closely run contest, Stefanec says the "lead up to the electons was characterised by significantly less tension and conflict that in the past."
