The State Emergency Service of Ukraine conduct first aid exercises in the event of a nuclear accident watched over by the country's Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky and the President of Energoatom (the Ukrainian state enterprise operating the country's nuclear power stations) Petro Kotin. Ukraine must prepare for "all scenarios" at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, Monastyrsky warns.
