Prayers are held with Malaysian ex-premier Najib Razak at a mosque in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday night, as he swears his innocence over corruption in the 1MDB financial scandal before hundreds of local Muslims.
The former leader is currently facing his final appeal against a 12-year jail sentence for corruption, which began at the country’s top court last week and will resume this Tuesday. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
