The IAEA chief, Rafael Grossi, says he is going "to consider the possibility of establishing a continued presence of the IAEA" at the Russian-held nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine as his teams heads out to inspect "the situation" at the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.
