Description
Online influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate, under investigation in Romania for human trafficking and rape, are escorted from the anti-organised crime prosecutor's (DIICOT) headquarters to a police van after more than eight hours of questioning. In addition to questioning, DIICOT on Wednesday searched the brothers' electronic devices. "There's no evidence in my file because I've done nothing wrong. Everybody knows I'm innocent" says Andrew Tate, the British-American former kickboxer, as he is escorted from the building past reporters. The brothers and two Romanian women were arrested in late December and ordered to be held for 30 days during the investigation. Last week, a court extended their detention by one month, a measure challenged by the defence lawyers. "We are convinced that the evidence is in favour of our clients" says Ioan Gliga, one the Tate brothers' lawyers. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
