Patients lie wounded in hospital after a Russian stike hit a residential tower block in Dnipro. Oleksiy Grygoruk, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Care of Dnipropetrovsk Region has announced that 'three patients could not be saved. Patients are distributed among hospitals in the city of Dnipro and regional hospitals. Among the injured are thirteen children. One girl is in serious but stable condition.
