Russians continue to lay flowers on an improvised memorial to the victims of a deadly bombardment in Dnipro, Ukraine nine days ago, at the base of a statue of a Ukrainian poet. Flowers and children's toys have already been cleared away several times at the base of a statue in Moscow to Ukrainian poet Lesya Ukrainka but local residents have continued to pay respects.
