Power returned to most cities across Pakistan on Tuesday, a day after a nationwide breakdown left the country of 220 million people without electricity.
Energy Minister Khurram Dastagir Khan confirmed "there was a fluctuation of voltage, we still specifically don't know the cause of that and an investigation is underway."
