Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of planting landmines on its territory, "killing and maiming" its citizens, as the country asks the UN's highest International Court of Justice to order Yerevan to clear the explosives. Azerbaijan's accusation, coming during a hearing in The Hague, is the latest in a tit-for-tat battle between the feuding neighbours in which Armenia has accused its neighbour of carrying out the "ethnic cleansing" of the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.
