Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Moscow is re-grouping troops to take "revenge" on Europe and Ukraine. Speaking at a press conference alongside President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, he says "Russia is concentrating its forces", adding "to overcome such an enemy there needs to be more than success on the battlefield".
