Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen says he has "agreed to sign a peace treaty" with Sudan upon his return to Israel after an official visit to Khartoum, the first for an Israeli diplomatic chief. "I am pleased to announce that as part of the visit, we have agreed to sign a peace treaty between Sudan and Israel," Cohen tells reporters at Ben Gurion International Airport. SOUNDBITES
