It will soon be a year since the Titkov family left Irpin, a suburb of Ukraine's Kiev, to live in Vienna, far from the war. Behind the step-by-step integration in the Austrian capital, the seperation is painful and their heart is still in Ukraine. "In fact, it's like self-persuasion," says Iryna Titkova, former English teacher and mother of three. "I always say that we are adapting, that everything is fine, that we can live here, but every day I want to go home, and I work on myself because I have to be patient.
