Citizens share their opinion, a day after a ceremony marking the official withdrawal of the French Task Force’s operations in Burkina Faso. "France is there but it doesn't bring us much... it's useless" says one resident and trader in Ouagadougou. Last month France confirmed it would withdraw its contingent of hundreds of troops stationed in Burkina Faso, after the junta ruling the Sahel country demanded the force pull out within four weeks.
