At a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Estonia's Foreign Affairs minister Urmas Reinsalu defends the idea of pooling ammunition purchases, saying that there are companies who could produce "seven times more ammunition if they do have certain assurances that somebody's going to buy them", and urges countries to send whatever weaponry they have to Ukraine to help it fight Russia's invading forces.
