Israeli religious transgender Yael Rashlin and her wife Adar Rashlin arrange their apartment and browse their wedding album. The outcome of the last elections, which brought far-right figures, who refuse to recognise the rights of the LGBTQ community, into the Knesset, was the straw that broke the camel's back for the couple. "It’s difficult to say that I pray to the same God, to which those people who are trying to destroy my community and our lives pray for," says the 43-year-old Orthodox transgender woman.
