"One thing is certain, Russia has already failed," French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna tells the press after the United Nations voted overwhelmingly to demand Russia withdraw its troops from Ukraine. The resolution, supported by 141 members in the General Assembly, comes one day before the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
