A Parisian investigating judge has been investigating the RATP and a subcontractor, ERI, since October, accused of having exposed a worker to asbestos without protection for 20 years. "Let them assume their faults, let them acknowledge what they did. It was a choice, unfortunately, it may not come from them, I do not know, that they recognize for my daughters, that it is recognized, that I do not die for nothing and especially for the next people, that these things stop" says the former employee to AFP.
