French President Emmanuel Macron along with business leaders attends the closing of the Luanda Business Forum. The two countries are launching an agricultural and agri-food production partnership. Angola, which imports a large share of the food it consumes, wants to strengthen its "sovereignty" and find new sources of income in the sector, according to the French presidency. France can provide "know-how" in areas ranging from production to processing and marketing, the presidency added in a separate statement.
