A few hundred metres from tourists taking photographs in front of the Arc de Triomphe, dozens of migrant families are taking refuge in a car park in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. During the winter, the owner of the car park lends it to the Utopia 56 humanitarian organisation. "It's better than outside," concedes Sima Hamala, sitting in front of his tent.
