Europe's largest natural gas storage site was at a standstill Friday as workers continue strike action that began on March 7 over the French government's pension reform. The site in in Chemery, central France, is operated by Storengy, who confirmed the shutdown. However, the company said the action was having no impact on natural gas supply to its customers, due to "very mild temperatures" and "the actions of GRT Gaz to balance the network". IMAGES
