"My brother and I used to go to school together daily, but now he goes alone," says a desperate Deena Rahimi, as schools reopen in Afghanistan, teenage girls like her remain barred. "I feel disappointed and hopeless that my sisters cannot be of any use for the society in the future or cannot build their own future" says her brother Mohammad, who has been trying to help his sister study at home when he returns from classes.
