The International Court of Justice rejects Iran's bid to unblock nearly $2 billion in assets belonging to its central bank that were frozen by the United States over alleged terror attacks. But while the court based in The Hague rules it has no jurisdiction over the bank funds, it finds that Washington has "violated" the rights of some Iranians and companies whose assets were also frozen.
