Description
With 350 animals killed per hour, the Sisteron slaughterhouse in southeastern France is one of the country's largest for sheep. In the lead up to Easter, the abattoir has plenty of work, with lamb set to feature on the menu for religious holidays across the three main monotheistic faiths (Judaism, Christianity and Islam), which are concentrated in April this year.
