Description
Six defendants are prosecuted for the murder of the Italian ambassador Luca Attaasio, his bodyguard and a driver in February 2021 in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The men are sentenced by military tribunal to life imprisonment "for criminal conspiracy" and "for murder", and for "illegal possession of weapons or munitions of war", 20 years imprisonment.
