Marseille's mayor describes the "very precise" work conducted by rescue teams in their search for potential survivors in the rubble of a collapsed building in the mediterranean city. "Nothing is done randomly", Benoît Payan tells reporters. "The surrounding buildings are becoming more and more fragile," he adds. Admiral Lionel Mathieu, commander of the fire brigade in the city of Marseille, says that there are "periods when the fire starts again, and at those times the sniffer dogs are no longer operational".
