South African President Cyril Ramaphosa hosts his Finish counter-part, President Sauli Niinisto, for an official state visit. During their talks they discussed the unfolding situation in Sudan. "We want a situation where there is permanent ceasefire and that the conflict must be brought to an end," says Ramaphosa. He also says the country's ruling party, ANC, wants the country to leave the International Criminal Court (ICC), which issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin in March.
