During an unexpected trip to the Netherlands, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visits The Hague's International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Russia's President Vladimir Putin, over war crime charges, as Russia continues its invasion of Ukraine.
