Preparations are well underway at Mimi Castle in Bulboaca, as Moldova gears up to host the European Political Community (EPC) summit. On the eve of the summit, which will see 47 heads of state and government flock to the castle, a vineyard about 35 km away from the ex-Soviet nation's capital Chisinau, French researcher Florent Parmentier told AFP that the high-level meeting amounts to Moldova's "European moment".
