Residents from villages near the town of Kozani in north-western Greece protest against a photovoltaic park project which, according to the demonstrators, threatens their lives and a cedar forest. "We finally want the leaders of this country to look at the locals and measure his opinion," says Christos Kousidis, Kalamia resident. This is the second demonstration in a week in the region. Last Friday in Kalamia, police clashed with residents trying to prevent work starting on the park.
