Speaking at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London in his capacity as Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine, Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov says that the current number of infrastructure restoration projects at the planning or implementation stage is in the hundreds, with tens of thousands to be reached "with the World Bank and within the World Bank infrastructure prioritisation framework." The World Bank has put an estimate of $14 billion on Ukraine's immediate needs to repair the damage caused by Russia's invasion.
