Description
Contestants compete in the annual greasy pole competition off of Pavilion Beach during the St. Peter's Fiesta in Gloucester, Massachusetts, US.
The contest runs all weekend and has been a tradition in the city for close to 100 years. The fiesta is sponsored by the Italian-American fishing community of Gloucester. IMAGES
