In Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine, the survivors of a deadly strike on a city-centre restaurant are trying to cope with the aftermath. Lying on a hospital bed, Mykyta's face and body are scarred by shrapnel wounds. "We heard a whistling sound like a plane flying. Then someone shouted, 'Everybody get down!', he recalls.
