French Justice Minister Eric Dupond-Moretti says he has asked prosecutors to issue court orders against operators such as Snapchat, as unrest continues over a teenager's fatal shooting by an officer during a traffic stop. "I want all these young people to know that it is perfectly possible, by court order, to find their IP address and, of course, their identity", he warned. The Minister also emphasised the responsibility of parents, saying that they "may incur a maximum penalty of two years' imprisonment and a fine of €30,000". SOUNDBITES
