Reporters Without Borders (RSF) reveals a large counter hanging on the wall of the Paris City Hall Centre to mark 180 days of detention of French-Afghan journalist Mortaza Behboudi. He has been detained in Afghanistan since early January. "It's not just a citizen mobilisation operation aimed at a French public, it's an action of messages sent directly to the Taliban," says general secretary of RSF Christophe Deloire.
