Chinese homebuyers Wang and Cui Hangsheng are among of many victims of the country's long-running housing sector crisis that wreaks misery on the lives of property owners. Wang purchased a home in the wealthy eastern city of Ningbo in 2021, but construction of his apartment stopped later that year as the developer ran out of money. Cui Hangsheng, who bought his home in Zhengzhou city six years ago, still sees facilities in his housing complex unfinished.
