Description
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan tells AFP that progress at peace talks with Azerbaijan is being impeded by Baku's "aggressive rhetoric, hate speech towards the Armenians", speaking in an exclusive interview.
Azerbaijan recently sparked concerns of a humanitarian crisis in the Armenian-populated Nagorno-Karabakh region when it shut off the sole road linking it to Armenia, actions which Pashinyan labels a "policy of revenge".
Baku and Yerevan have fought two wars over the mountainous enclave and a peace treaty remains a distant prospect. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
