Aerial images show destroyed houses and damage in the Brazilian city of Mucum, with a population of 5,000, which was submerged by flood waters and where 15 bodies were found. The death toll from the cyclone that unleashed torrential rain and flooding on southern Brazil rose to at least 31. IMAGES
