Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he would be willing to testify in a public inquiry into allegations of foreign interference in Canadian elections, if invited to do so, during a bilateral visit to Singapore, where he promoted Canadian products and businesses. Canada has named an appeal's court judge to lead a public inquiry into allegations of foreign meddling -- including by China -- in its elections. "I think it's important for Canadians to know exactly everything this government has been doing in regards to foreign interference, and to talk frankly about the challenges that we continue to face in our democracies around the world," he says.
