Ukrainian government representatives hold a press conference on the situation in the occupied territories of eastern and southern Ukraine, where Moscow has held "pseudo elections" on September 8. "About 2 to 3 of the candidates in these pseudo-elections are not local residents, they are citizens of the Russian Federation either imported from other territories or directly from the Russian Federation," says Andriy Yusov, representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
