Organised in the UK for the first time in its history, the international floristry competition -- the Interflora World Cup -- holds its final in Manchester. "We're looking for excellence, we're looking for almost perfection," says Karen Barnes, an organiser for the event. "It's the biggest that can ever happen to a florist.
