Triathletes were forced to adapt to Sunday's Olympics test event after the swimming stage was cancelled due to pollution in the River Seine, raising further questions about holding competitions there during Paris 2024. British triathlete Beth Potter says "it would be a shame" if the swimming stage were to be cancelled next year.
