Residents of the Azerbaijani city of Baku react, as Azerbaijan launched a military operation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region and called for Armenian-backed forces to surrender. Azerbaijan said its armed forces had taken control of dozens of military positions held by Armenian backed forces. "Armenians have always terrorised us.
