In an interview with AFP, Hikmet Hajiyev, the Foreign Policy Advisor to Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev says Baku has not taken control of cities in the former Armenian breakaway enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh "on purpose", as he denies claims of ethnic cleansing or even genocide against Armenians saying "it was a personal choice for them to leave."
