"When I arrived, the bus hadn't yet caught fire" recalls Bujar Bacaj, a business-owner in Mestre, northeastern Italy, who saved two children, a boy and a girl, from the bus crash in which 21 people died. "I noticed that a little girl had managed to stick her head out of the window... I managed to grab the little girl and then the little boy and got them out of there".
