New Zealand's incumbent Prime Minister Chris Hipkins attends a Labour party event in Wellington after his defeat in the country's general election. On Saturday, New Zealanders elected a new conservative government after six years of Labour rule. "As it stands, Labour is not in a position to form another government" Hipkins says to the crowd at the event.
