China said its Middle East envoy will arrive Monday in the United Arab Emirates that continues a visit to the region aimed at "cooling down" the Israel-Hamas war, and it is 'resolutely opposed' to the US attacking China's 'legitimate right' on the disputed South China Sea after collisions with Philippines.
