In the town of Stains, north of Paris, Queteur, the horse, is a waste collector like no other. For the past three years, the horse has been collecting food waste in the neighbourhood, as part of an educational initiative to raise awareness of the need to sort bio-waste, which will be compulsory in France from 1 January 2024.
