Palestinian Prime minister Mohammad Shtayyeh denounces the Israeli military operation in Gaza saying the "killing is for the purpose of killing, in the spirit of revenge and with the aim of displacing our people", and urges the United Nations and the Red Cross "to assume their responsibilities and raise their voices against the oppressive and retaliatory practices".
