Several hundred people gather in Kosovo's capital Pristina to protest against the murder of a Kosovo Albanian woman that shocked the Balkan country, demanding a tougher policy against perpetrators of gender-based violence. The protesters chant "Down with the patriarchy" while walking through the city centre before stopping in front of the government building. "It's the institutions, it's the mentality, it's the lack of change, it's the lack of initiative to change this and yeah, it's a patriarchy," protester Rita Zhubi tells AFP.
