British Defence Minister Grant Shapps welcomes his Norwegian counterpart Bjørn Arild Gram as the UK and Norway announce a new defence initiative, the Maritime Capability Coalition, intended to strengthen the maritime capabilities of Ukraine. Britain has announced that it will send two Royal Navy mine-hunting ships to Ukraine to aid detection of Russian mines in the Black Sea and help Kyiv restore maritime exports. IMAGES
